How does SLA threshold monitoring work?
You define a maximum acceptable response time (e.g. 300ms) per endpoint. Our system polls each endpoint at your chosen interval and triggers an alert the moment a response exceeds your threshold.
Which alert channels are supported?
We support Slack (via incoming webhooks), email (SMTP or SendGrid), and generic HTTP webhooks so you can integrate with PagerDuty, OpsGenie, or any custom system.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Your subscription is month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Cancel from your billing portal and you retain access until the end of the billing period.
